Connections

What are Connections?

The Connections feature is where you can manage data integrations with various data providers. This includes membership, point of sale (POS), online ordering, restaurant and accommodation bookings, gaming and guest Wi-Fi providers. In Connections, you can:

  • View the daily status and history of your existing connections
  • View available data providers

You can see at a glance the status of each connection by the colour:

  • Green: completed successfully
  • Orange: Either no new data was available or the provider’s service was unavailable
  • Red: There was an error. We suggest contacting the support team to double check
  • Blue: the daily data job is currently running
  • Grey: the daily data job has not started yet

Further development of Connections will include:

  • Visits analysis
  • Breakdown of numbers of contacts added and updated
  • Self service set up for new Connections

Which data providers can I see?

We are undertaking a staggered rollout across all supported providers.

You may not yet be able to view the connection history for your current provider/s. The data integration will still be running in the background.
