TalkBox accounts that are connected to LOKE can distribute LOKE promotions codes by merging them into email and SMS communications. This allows you to leverage the direct marketing smarts of TalkBox to issue codes that are redeemed in LOKE.
LOKE connected TalkBox accounts don’t use native TalkBox vouchers, instead they access a stockpile of pre-generated LOKE codes and merge them into emails and SMS messages at send time. This includes automated communications as well as those delivered immediately.
TalkBox accounts can only be connected to LOKE by Impact Data support staff. If you would like this set up for your TalkBox account please contact our support team.
LOKE Promotions in TalkBox
To see your LOKE Promotions in TalkBox navigate to Tools > Vouchers where you will see a list of programs that can be used in TalkBox.
In TalkBox we use the term ‘voucher’ where LOKE uses the term ‘promotion’.
TalkBox will only report on the codes it has issued itself, if you also use other methods to distribute codes these will not be included in the voucher reports available in TalkBox.
To use a LOKE promotion codes in TalkBox include it in your communication by dragging the voucher block onto your communication. Your LOKE promotions will be available for selection directly in the editor.
