If you have access to more than on TalkBox account, for example a membership and guest account, you can clone email and SMS templates, and Sections from one account to another.
Navigation: Communications > Templates
Selecting template/s
There are two ways to clone:
Firstly, using the dot menu then selecting “Clone to another account”

Secondly, select multiple using the checkboxes then click the clone button

Search and Select Account/s
In the modal, you can select the account/s to clone to by clicking in the text field. You start typing, and click on the relevant account to select it.

Cloned email templates will be loading into the main directory.
If your Template or Section contains merge fields or vouchers:
- Merge fields will be present, but will only work if the account has the same field name
- Voucher blocks/codes will need to be updated or re-added
When you clone a Template or Section and the target account already has one with the same name, it will be saved as a copy with a different name. The cloning will not overwrite existing Templates or Sections.
