Impact Data and Vita Mojo have partnered to drive more visits, more often for our clients.  By unlocking the power of the data Vita Mojo creates from online ordering and loyalty, Impact Data is able to trigger the right message at the right time to get another customer visit; hands-free.  Our partnership does the heavy lifting of customer retention, allowing your team time to focus on acquisition and engagement.

Check out the automated promotions that are included in your TalkBox package.  These will be set up in your account.  You can view, edit, activate and disable these messages at any time by navigating to Automated > Date Triggered, Birthday or Recurring.

Keep track of their impact on your business by checking your Account Performance Reports by navigating to Reports > Account Performance Reports.

Welcome Communications

Whenever a new account is created we trigger a Welcome to the existing customers outlining what they can now expect to receive from your business.  This is important to understand the engagement level of your audience and warm them up for your ongoing engagement communications.

All new members are also welcomed to the business with a welcome message that not only outlines the benefits of being on that database but also asks for feedback to help you understand first impressions.

Update Details and Push Notifications
