Here are the messages that will be set up and activated in your Chewzie-connected TalkBox account:

Welcome + Welcome to Program

Thank customers for a visit or let an existing database know that you will now be contacting them by email and SMS to let them know about all the great stuff happening at your place.

Customer not Transacted on Chewzie

When a customer uses Chewzie we collect their Chewzie ID in TalkBox.  The absence of this number lets us know that customer hasn’t experienced your table ordering yet. This message is about introducing the concept and breaking down barriers to increase adoption.

Update Details

When a customer orders on Chewzie their date of birth is not collected.  This is important to drive lucrative function and group bookings.  We trigger a message early in the relationship to capture what you need to celebrate and acknowledge their birthday.


Revisit Series

TalkBox understands and counts customer visits and we know a significant proportion of customers never have a second visit unless you ask them.  The revisit series of communications is all about turning that first-time visitor into a loyal repeat customer.

Once a customer has visited 3 times our AI engine has enough data to understand whether they are lost.  This calculation of an expected next visit is used to trigger a series of communications targeted at lapsed customers.  When you add a voucher to incentivise them to return you can be assured that you are not giving away margin as these customers need a nudge to return.


Birthday + Anniversary

Celebrating your customer is as important as acknowledging how important they are to your business.  We trigger a series of birthday messages to try an win Milestone birthday function bookings, group bookings and of course send a gift close to their big day.  Another way to surprise and delight your customers is to acknowledge their anniversary of joining your database with a reward. 


Gift Cards, Catering + Functions

These scheduled messages are all about driving additional revenue streams for your business.  Messages are scheduled to go the whole database on a bi-monthly or quarterly basis.
