The combination of a Wymac Kiosk and a TalkBox account at your venue can do the following:
- Allow members to update their details and subscription preferences that flows into TalkBox and your loyalty platform. That means if your customer realises they are missing out on offers and updates their email and mobile number and resubscribes on the Wymac Kiosk that TalkBox will start sending them communications
- Trigger messages based on behaviour with games and offers available on the kiosk
- Allow members to view all of their available TalkBox vouchers and print or redeem the ones they want to use. This means that you can now issue Points vouchers to members which will add points to their loyalty balance

The Wymac/TalkBox customer journey is all about driving more visits, more often. These communications can be set up for venues that have a Wymac Kiosk and a TalkBox account. If your venue only has an Integrated TalkBox Account you will need to upgrade to Clubs or Pubs Package for all of these messages to be triggered.

Kiosk Launch
When you go live with your Wymac Kiosk you want to cause a stir by letting customers know all about what’s on offer. Let them know about your launch game and the features the kiosk has.
Tip – Even if your kiosk has been in place for a while, if your account has Visits Analysis, TalkBox can target customers that haven’t visited since your launch

Subscription Status Change
One of the key benefits of the Wymac Kiosk is putting their profile in the hands of members. Giving them access to managing their subscriptions to different channels is best practice.
When they resubscribe to a communication channel, Wymac can work with TalkBox to trigger a message in real-time using the TalkBox API. This acknowledges the change to the customer and could contain a voucher for a bounce-back visit.

Birthday
Create a little more fun on your member’s birthday by letting them know there are some additional rewards on the kiosk for them on their birthday

Getting another visit
Early in the relationship with members, it’s important to keep them engaged and visiting. Don’t wait until they are lost, trigger a message 30 days after their first visit and engage them with a fun game on the kiosk.

Last Rewards Swipe Date
If your TalkBox account processes loyalty data we can trigger a message 30, 60 or any number of days after the last time the member swiped their rewards card. This is a great retention tactic and by engaging them with a fun Wymac Kiosk game when they attend, you can create a great member experience.

Membership Renewals
Membership is the lifeblood of many clubs and automatically targeting members that haven’t renewed their membership is a fantastic TalkBox feature. Adding the additional element of the potential for extra rewards and benefits on the kiosk will improve your member retention.

When a card hasn’t been swiped
Every venue has a percentage of members who have signed up to your rewards program but have either forgotten to swipe on subsequent visits or haven’t visited. When your TalkBox account has Visits Analysis in your Clubs or Pubs Package, we can identify whether a member is engaging with your program and whether they have visited. This automated message targets those members and it’s a great idea to include content about the value of your membership program so they stay engaged.

Late and Lost Communications
When your TalkBox account has been upgraded to a Club or Pub Package, it automatically knows when members are trending away. Our AI engine reviews members after they have had 3 visits and predicts their expected next visit date. This date is what we use to automatically send retention communications to get the member to visit again. When you have a Wymac Kiosk you can add extra incentives with F&B and Points Vouchers.
