Check out the automated promotions that are included in your TalkBox package. These will be set up and activated in your account. You can view, edit, activate and disable these messages at any time by navigating to Automated>Date triggered, Birthday or Recurring.

eg Automated>Date Triggered>Welcome and click on the three buttons on the right and select Show Report.

Welcome to The Program
Welcome and onboard new customers. Give customers a guided tour of your menu and your app. Include a voucher to entice them back and secure that second visit. This is sent to customers who are new to the program or when your communications launch.
Revisit Messages
Our series of revisit messages target customers who have only visited your business once or twice and have not returned. We recommend including a voucher that increases with generosity as the time from their first visit increases.
Update Details
Capture more information from your customers. Knowing more about your customers means you can send them personalised communications they love reading. An update details campaign that links to a TalkBox form allows your business to capture information such as date of birth to ensure you can acknowledge their big day.
Celebrate Me + Birthday Messages
For customers who have completed our Update Details form, they will be issued a Birthday communication inclusive of a generous offer. We also trigger a Landmark Birthday communication that acknowledges a significant birthday. These promotions are aimed at capturing lucrative catering or function business.
However if we haven’t been able to capture their birthday, we still want to acknowledge how important this customer is to your business so we send a Celebrate Me communication. This is sent on the anniversary of their first QikServe order each year and includes a generous offer.
Lapsing Customer Series
Once TalkBox has recorded 3 visits for a contact, our clever algorithm will be able to predict when they will next visit. This allows us to understand if a customer is lapsing and we trigger a series of messages to get customers to return. Communications in this series include vouchers and voucher reminders to prompt customers to return.
RETAIN COMMUNICATION SERIES:
Regular Recapture
Targeting high value customers that have visited at least 5 times but haven’t come back in a while. This is about keeping your regulars engaged.
Loyalty Rewards Series
Keeping regular customers on track and ordering from your business is enhanced when we remind them about rewards that may be waiting for them. A prompt is sent each 5th visit with a grateful acknowledgement of a repeat customer with a voucher sent after the customer makes their next purchase.
