Welcome Message

There are two parts to the Welcome communications.  When your account first goes live with the DAMP Program we let your existing customers know that they can expect to hear from you in the future with great offers and deals.  This helps clean up your database and ensure that customers who want to hear from you stay connected. 

When new customers make their first order we trigger a welcome message to start the relationship off on the right foot.

Revisit Messages

Turning a new customer into a loyal regular customer takes work and we trigger the Revisit messages to help get that next visit.  This communication includes an offer to incentivise the customer to return for another visit. 

Birthday + Update Details

Celebrating the birthday of your customer is a great way to add value to the relationship, better yet you might even get the catering order for that celebration.  When it comes to birthday we can trigger a message a few weeks before the event to remind customers you do bulk orders and of course trigger their birthday voucher closer to the date.

If we don’t have a customer’s DOB we trigger an update details message to ask for the month of their celebration and we trigger the messages at the beginning of the month.

Lost Messages

The Deliverit customers have hugely benefited from our LOST communications.  These are only targeted when a customer has missed an expected next visit date so you know you aren’t giving away margin to a customer that was going to visit anyway.

Getting an existing customer to help you acquire a new customer by sharing a New Customer Promo Code is an effective way to acknowledge your existing customers and reward them for helping you ‘share the love’ about your brand.

Event Emails
