The TalkBox API is the primary API used for adding and retrieving data from a TalkBox account. Common integrations with the TalkBox API include:
- Adding and updating contact data.
- Triggering communications from an external system.
- Redeeming vouchers from an external system.
- Retrieving data on contacts, communications, surveys and voucher redemption for reporting in BI tools.
