The Welcome Email

Welcome and onboard new customers. Give customers a guided tour of your menu and event spaces. Include a voucher to entice them back and secure that second visit.

Revisit messages

Our series of revisit messages target customers who have only visited your busines once and have not returned. We reccomend including a voucher that increases with generosity as the time from their first visit increases.

Voucher reminder

Remind customers about unused vouchers a few days before they expire. This will create a sense of urgency and encourage them to visit you.

Reached a reward

Reward loyalty by acknowledging milestone visits, points reached or spend level.

Almost there email

Encourage a visit by reminding customers they are close to reaching a reward.

Late/Lost /reactivate customer message

This is a series of 3 messages that target customers who haven’t visited 30, 60 and 120 days after their expected next visit.

Tip: TalkBox calculates an expected next visit after a contact has visited 3 or more times. This calculation is an estimation of the time frame between visits.
