Customers who visit your business and use VisitSafe to record their details can opt in to receive marketing communications. This can be set up in a few minute so you can start communication to your newly added customer and get them back in.
Step 1: Locate your TalkBox API credentials
- Login to your TalkBox account.
- Navigate to >Tools > Developers. Here you will find your API credentials.
- Copy the username and password.
Step 2: Input TalkBox API credentials into VisitSafe
- Login to VisitSafe.
- Navigate to > Settings.
- Input or paste your TalkBox API credentials into the username and password fields.
- Select ‘Save.’
Now all customers who ‘opt-in’ to receive marketing communication when registering their visit with VisitSafe will automatically be added to your TalkBox account.
A welcome message is a great way to thank your customer for visiting and stay at top of mind to help get another visit or purchase. You can set up an automated communication that sends after a customer has visited your business and even include a discount code or voucher to entice them further.
