TalkBox allows you to schedule communications to be sent in the future.
Navigation: Communicate > Scheduled
Step 1: View your Scheduled Communication
- Search for the communication you want to view by utilising the search field or by searching through the promotions manually.
Step 2: Manage a Scheduled Communication
To edit the communication:
- Click on the communication and navigate through the send process to update the content, send time, or recipients.
To deactivate the communication:
- Click on the deactivate button to the right hand side. A deactivated communication can be reactivated at any time.
To delete the communication:
- Select the checkbox on the left side of the communication name and then click delete in the upper right corner of the page. A deleted communication is permanently removed from the system and can not be retrieved.
