Multi-Channel and multi-touch approach - consider sending by SMS and or email and sending reminders if vouchers aren’t redeemed.
Understanding first impressions - adding a feedback question to your welcome message is a great way to understand how your customers felt about their first visit.
Timing - are the communications sending at an optimal time?
Review the value of offers - do you have the right incentive to get customers to redeem your offers? Is there something in your venue that is highly valued such as additional tickets in the members draw or a round of golf?
Review the timing of offers - for example are you sending your birthday offers on the day of their birthday instead of before their birthday to allow time to make a reservation.
Redemption of offers - are you tracking the redemption by scanning AND clicking redeemed in the TalkBox Voucher Scanning App or with one of our selected POS Partners? It is important your staff click 'redeemed' for the redemption to be reported in TalkBox.
Are you tracking all member sales on the day of their visit by swiping their member card - if your venue tracks all member transactions we can give you a more accurate indication of the full value of the member visit.
