We thought it would be a good idea to put our list of favourites from 2016 together in an honour roll to show off how clients use TalkBox to drive their digital marketing.

Using a live countdown clock to create urgency for a fantastic offer.

Adding the customer’s name in the subject line to show them the offer was exclusive to them and creating curiosity about how exclusive the offer is.

There are some words that you just need to look closely at in case it’s a bit cheekier than you first thought, prawn is one of those words and using it in the subject line with a customer’s name creates great interest.

Winner – Greenbank RSL
Using a number of features including a personalised subject line, this email is highly targeted at customers to let them know they have moved up a tier in their membership rewards program.
Result: 75% open rate
Highly Commended – Arkaba Hotel
Highly targeted communication piece that was targeted at highly valued customers.
Result: 71.7% open rate

Great use of white space, sparse text and beautiful images to create a visually stunning email template.
Winner – Fernwood Fitness
By using the data fields we capture in TalkBox Fernwood created a highly personalised reminder series that’s scalable.

Getting the message out about Beef Week was easy when you use all the tools available in your TalkBox account. This campaign was share by email, Facebook, Twitter and RSS feed on the website.
Highly Commended – Piste (UK)
Getting the message out is more effective when you use multiple channels. This beautiful campaign was sent via email, Facebook and Twitter to over 7,000 followers and subscribers which doubled its reach.
