An exclusion search allows you exclude contacts when doing a search or export.

When searching for recipients, use the "Search using profile" option. On this page select which contacts you would like to send to (if you want to send to all contacts do not select anything). Once you have made your selection, scroll to the bottom of the page and select Exclusion Search and then select Continue.

On the following page you will now need to choose the groups which should be excluded from the search criteria. To view your contacts select Continue at the bottom of your screen.
