The "From Address" is simply used for tracking purposes and is generated from our system. It cannot be fully customised, but you can change the user name of the address, for e.g. youcanhavethischanged@email.impactdata.com.au. This can only be done by contacting our support team by phone or email support@impactdata.com.au.

You can however change the "Reply Address" to any email address you want.
