When I try to replace an image, the new image keeps ending up at the top of my template.

When using the email editor, please make sure that you are using Firefox as a browser. The editor works best with Firefox.

Click on the image you want to replace, and make sure it has been selected (little white squares on the corners of your image indicates that it has been selected). Then click on the Image Manager and pick a new image.
