A report of blacklisted contacts can be found in your account by navigating through Reports and Results --> Database Statistics -->  Blacklist Report (this function allows you to view or export a list of blacklisted contacts)

*Please note that the blacklist report will also be populated with opted out contacts as they too are marked as blacklisted upon the customer unsubscribing.
