This could be due to two common reasons:

1) If you were using Internet Explorer, pop-ups may be blocked, and thus you will have to disable it before being able to view our Image Manager.

2) If you had clicked the Image Manager once before and navigated elsewhere, minimise all browsers as it may be in the background.
