How do I de-blacklist a 'valid' email address or mobile number in my account?

You will need to send our Support team an email request at support@impactdata.com.au.
Please include merchant name, mobile or email address for the appropriate recipient.

*We will review the request and recipients addresses to determine causes of blacklisting prior to the request being actioned.
