Navigate through Manage database --> Search database -->Search using details.
Input the “blacklisted” email or mobile to find the customers profile.
Click on their profile and update their email or mobile with the correct details, then click the update details button at the bottom of the page.
The blacklisting has now been removed from their profile.

Is there a way to see contacts who have been blacklisted in order to find their new details?
